Start with good people

We are so proud to report that only one person was terminated for poor performance in 2011 while our staff size doubled during the year.  Our theory as to why we have experienced such a low turnover rate?  We try to hire good people who are already guided by the virtuous principles of integrity, honesty, and hard work.  We find that in this way we greatly increase their chances of success in our company and our Clients ultimately benefit as well.

april	April has overcome difficult personal circumstances and continues to be a positive role model for her kids. It’s been so rewarding to watch her growth! Attagirl April!
ashley	Ashley is working two jobs because she is determined to make it on her own financially. And she accidently broke a vase in a Clients’ office and emphatically requested to pay for the replacement!
dustin	Dustin is young, strong, and eager to please. He goes to school full time, and then puts miles on a vacuum, cleans carpets, washes windows, and climbs ladders to reach the hard-to-reach.
jaime	Jaime is a young mother to little Thea and helping us to keep things organized in the office. That’s no easy task!
katie	Katie works two jobs in order to save money to go back to school. She demonstrates quality and hard work in all she does!
kim	Kim has two jobs in order to support her and her son and keeps a positive attitude even when life seems hard!
linda	Linda loves to work and is extremely conscientious. She’s a little on the shy side, but she gets real excited when our Clients compliment her work. And that happens often!
r.	R. works two jobs and is the proud mother of her military veteran son. They cannot be honored enough for their service and sacrifice. To you both, we say Thank You!
ruthie	Ruthie is a strong single mother, protector and provider for her pride and joy, her young son. Ruthie is not afraid to work and her little man looks to be turning out the same way!
ryan	Ryan is in high school and earning his spending money! He’s also in the school band and plans to pursue robotic engineering. What, no video games Ryan?
stephen	Stephen can always been seen with a smile on his face and a tune on his lips. He often sings “Let It Shine, Let It Shine, Let It Shine!”
tim	Tim helps us with our day porter parking lot services and does a great job rain or shine!
tristan	Tristan runs cross country in high school and is saving money for a trip to Italy!
valerie	Valerie is extremely close with her young daughter and volunteers in her school. When we get a text message from Valerie, it is always signed with both their names and a smiley face!
will	Will is very energetic working 3 jobs in order to feed his golf habit. When we call Will, you often hear, hang on a second . . . ping . . . ok, what’s up boss? Now that’s concentration!
