Here at Let It Shine Headquarters, we believe in the concept of Pay It Forward – spreading random acts of kindness. Not only do we participate in this philosophy when we can, we like to stop and appreciate it when it comes back our way… While cleaning, one of our employees found some cash on her cart with a short and sweet note of appreciation. ”Nice Job – Always clean, have coffee on me!” What a great reminder of how acts of kindness, no matter how small, can really brighten someone’s life! It not only made her day, it made ours too! Let It Shine wants to thank the kind stranger who did this for our employee; what a treat for all of us!

Congratulations to one of our own, Ryan!! We got to go out and support him and the rest of the Fossil Ridge High School Marching Band in the Regional North Marching Band competition. The Fossil Ridge High School Marching Band took first place in this competition and have taken first place in a number of other competitions this season as well! Way to go! Keep up the great work and good luck in your upcoming competitions, including the State Competition!

Let It Shine is now featuring a new commercial window cleaning system that uses de-ionized pure water which eliminates spotting and streaking. The two-tank resign system takes regular tap water and removes the minerals and toxins and produces pure water. In fact, it is so pure it would be harmful to drink! Our bodies are used to water containing minerals, so the pure water would be rejected. It is the minerals and other impurities in normal tap water that leave windows with spots and streaks. So this de-ionized pure water leaves windows beautiful! We are very excited about this new tool to help service our commercial Clients!

Let It Shine, Inc. has a new home! We are now located at 109 Cameron Dr, Unit B, in Fort Collins. This move has been something our company has excitedly anticipated all summer, and now we are finally getting settled in! It is a big step for our company to have a place that we can call “home”, a place where we can be comfortable and focus on continuing to improve our customer service and manage our growth! Thank you to all of our employees that helped us move, as well as everyone that helped get the new office up and running! Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Come by and see us!

Fort Collins – July 25, 2012 – Let It Shine Professional Cleaning, Inc. became a member of ARCSI, Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, this month. Let It Shine is growing rapidly and has decided that ARCSI is going to be a valuable resource. ARCSI is the residential cleaning services trade association, and provides an opportunity to access industry resources, education, and networking for its members to utilize. Let It Shine is excited about this new opportunity to help the company expand, explore, and grow, so that we can continue serving our clients at the highest level!

But bath fans are a common place where moths and dust can be found to be present! Making a Difference!

While we are worrying about surviving the heat and the devastating fire nearby, we are reminded that others fight a very different daily battle. We are proud to be matched up with another local breast cancer patient and provide her with free house cleaning services through Cleaning For a Reason, a national organization that provides free house cleanings once a month for women who have breast cancer. It is our way of helping ease some of the stress during times of treatment for these women. We are just so thankful for the opportunity to be involved with this important effort. While we hope we are able to provide at least a little relief for these patients as they try to carry on with their lives, we know that doing so makes a big impact on us.

We do window washing and pressure washing and yes, Dustin is cleaning a window in the picture. But the correct answer is B! This was a pressure washing job. While pressure washing walkways along store fronts, windows can get dirty! It is important to all of us at Let It Shine to provide the highest level of service, so our employees are trained to go the extra mile. So while this might be a pressure washing job, we are cleaning the windows too! Great job Dustin!

Way to Go Ruthie!!

We are recognizing Ruthie this month for demonstrating outstanding character! While cleaning the lobby of one of our regular accounts, Ruthie found a wallet that contained a substantial amount of cash! Oh my gosh! She smartly called the phone number on one of the credit cards in the wallet and they were able to contact the owner and arrangements were made for Ruthie to meet the wallet owner in order to return it. In recognition for DOING THE RIGHT THING, Let It Shine awards Ruthie a $100.00 Bonus! Congratulations Ruthie!
